The beautiful village of Castle Combe in the Cotswalds.
We parked in a car park just outside the village and followed one of the pathways provided on the OS Maps (Ordnance Survey Maps). After walking part of the bridle path then, wandering through the quaint village, we crossed the bridge and carried on up the road out of town. Crossing another smaller bridge outside the village and onto another pathway, we wandered through the cool shade along and found a shady spot to stop for lunch. Afterwards we continued until we reached 'The Mill'.
On our return journey we decided to go through farmland (a public walkway) where there were many lambs having fun in the sun!
